General Unsecured Claim Distribution definition

General Unsecured Claim Distribution means such distribution, including the Ongoing Trade Claims Recovery Pool, if applicable, in an amount necessary to provide the holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims, and Allowed Ongoing Trade Claims, if applicable, with treatment consistent with section 1129(a)(7) of the Bankruptcy Code.
General Unsecured Claim Distribution means $1,470,000.
General Unsecured Claim Distribution means $2,000,000, in Cash, which, in accordance with Section 4.6 below, shall be distributed on a Pro Rata basis to holders of Allowed Other General Unsecured Claims; provided that, in accordance with Section 4.6, the foregoing distribution shall only be made to a holder of an Allowed Other General Unsecured Claim if such holder’s sub-class has voted to accept the Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing monies shall be reserved by the Debtors, or the Reorganized Debtors, as the case may be, but shall not be held in a segregated account.

  • Any recovery of Williams Litigation Proceeds will increase the Surety Bond Claims’ recovery and reduce the amount of Surety Bond Claims that can share in the General Unsecured Claim Distribution.

  • Cash Distribution means the distribution by the Company to all holders of its Common Stock of cash, other than any cash that is distributed upon a merger or consolidation to which Section 2(h) applies or as part of a distribution referred to in paragraph (4) of Section 2(b).
