General Services Charge definition

General Services Charge means the Resident’s proportion of the total costs for ‘General Services of the Village.
General Services Charge means the recurrent charge payable by the Resident for the General Services determined in accordance with clause 4;

Examples of General Services Charge in a sentence

  • If the Accommodation Unit has not been sold to a New Resident within the 90 day period the Resident and Scheme Operator must share in the General Services Charge after the 90 day period ends in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act.

  • Nothing in clauses 6.1 shall permit the Resident’s General Services Charge to be increased beyond the maximum amount from time to time permitted by the Act.

  • You will not be required to pay any Exit Fees if you do so, but will be required to pay the General Services Charge and the Maintenance Reserve Fund contribution.

  • Notice to the Resident of the amount of the adjusted General Services Charge the Resident is required to pay must be given no later than 14 days before the commencement of the period to which the notification relates and must contain the dates in each period on which the adjusted General Services Charge is payable.

  • The General Services Charge for a financial year will not be increased by more than the CPI percentage increase for the financial year (disregarding any extra amount payable or refundable under clause 5.7) unless the residents of the Retirement Village approve the increase by a special resolution at a residents meeting, or the excess is attributable to an increase in one or more of the costs referred to in section 107 of the Act.

  • Despite clause 5.12, the Resident’s obligation to pay the General Services Charge will cease, subject to section 104 of the Act, on the date the Resident becomes entitled to be paid the Exit Entitlement.

  • The General Services will be provided to the Resident, and the amount of the General Services Charge payable by the Resident, will commence from the Commencement Date.

  • As at the date on which the PCD was given to the Resident, the General Services Charge payable by the Resident is shown in Item 8 of the Schedule.

  • Pre-charging credit cards with the estimated amount of the rental and/or making changes to the method of payment (i.e., changing from Department of General Services Charge Card to another form of payment) when the car is returned is prohibited.

Related to General Services Charge

  • General Services has the meaning ascribed to it in section "2.1" hereinbelow;

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Funeral services means services customarily performed by a mortuary science licensee who is licensed pursuant to article 18 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1801 to 339.1812. Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Middle Office Services Agreement means the agreement between BNY Mellon and TRP covering middle offices services and obligations during the transition period and end-state operations, as may be amended from time-to-time.
