If the Accommodation Unit has not been sold to a New Resident within the 90 day period the Resident and Scheme Operator must share in the General Services Charge after the 90 day period ends in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act.
Nothing in clauses 6.1 shall permit the Resident’s General Services Charge to be increased beyond the maximum amount from time to time permitted by the Act.

As at the date on which the PCD was given to the Resident, the General Services Charge payable by the Resident is shown in Item 8 of the Schedule.
Pre-charging credit cards with the estimated amount of the rental and/or making changes to the method of payment (i.e., changing from Department of General Services Charge Card to another form of payment) when the car is returned is prohibited.
