Exhibitor Appointed Contractors include installation and dismantling contractors, florists, photographers, furniture and carpet suppliers and any other supplier or contractor used by the Participant that is not the General Service Contractor.
The insurance certificate should name IMEX America Ltd, Show Management, the General Service Contractor and Mandalay Corp., Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates as additional insureds.

The Participant understands that neither IAL, the Exhibition Venue, nor the General Service Contractor maintains insurance covering the Participant’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Participant to obtain such insurance.
Exhibitor agrees to hold BOMA, OBS, Stamats, SMS, MCC, the General Service Contractor and all official show contractors harmless for damage to the exhibitor from any cause whatsoever, including damage to his business by reason of failure to provide space for his exhibit, or failure to hold the trade show as scheduled, except as provided herein.
The Participant’s insurance coverage shall name IMEX America Ltd, Mandalay Corp., Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates and the General Service Contractor as additional insureds on the general liability policy.
BOMA and OBS assume no risk, and by acceptance of this Agreement the Exhibitor expressly releases BOMA, OBS, Stamats, SMS, the General Service Contractor, the MCC, and members, officers, directors, agents and employees of each of these entities, and official show contractors of and from any injury to himself or employees while in the trade show quarters.

In July of 2024 NCS and its’ General Service Contractor will distribute an Exhibitor Services Manual to Exhibitor that provides complete shipping instructions, production information, and other forms for all services needed during set-up, Exhibit Hall Hours and dismantle.
