General Retailer definition

General Retailer means a person who has a license to sell cereal malt beverages at retail.
General Retailer means any person who is licensed under the Kansas cereal malt beverage act and in accordance with this ordinance and who sells or offers for sale any cereal malt beverage or beer containing not more than 6% alcohol by volume for use or consumption and not for resale in any form;
General Retailer means a licensee who has a license as herein required.
