General Releases definition

General Releases shall have the meaning given in Section 8.10 of this Agreement.

Examples of General Releases in a sentence

  • The releases set forth in the General Releases are accepted by the parties hereto as compromises of disputed claims and comprise part of the transactions contemplated herein, and shall not be construed as an admission of liability on the part of any of the Parties hereto.
