If, as of any Measurement Date, the total amount of all General Payments paid by any Party since the Effective Date (including any prior amounts paid by such Party pursuant to this Section 4(b)) is less than such Party’s Pro-Rata Portion of such General Payments, then such Party shall pay the amount of such shortfall to the other Party.
