General Interest Trustee definition

General Interest Trustee. As defined in the Titling Trust Agreement.
General Interest Trustee means initially, The First National Bank of ------------------------ Chicago, a national banking association, and thereafter, the Trustee appointed by the Requisite GI Holder, in its sole discretion, to perform such duties, have such responsibilities and adhere to such standards of care as are specified in the Trust Agreement but only with respect to the General Interest.
General Interest Trustee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Titling Trust Agreement.
