General Aviation Terminal definition

General Aviation Terminal means the hangars, buildings, and exclusively leased apron areas occupied by the Airport’s fixed base operators, corporate/private aircraft operators, and cargo operators (also referred to in City Budget documents as “Jetport GAT”). During the term of this Agreement, the City may rename this cost center.

  • For the purpose of the development of the Project the intended location is the land that is located on the airside area nearby the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) with an approximate size of 19.800 sqm, as indicated in the attached drawing (Attachment 1).

  • The City shall maintain property insurance insuring the full replacement value of the General Aviation Terminal – Arrivals/Departures Building.

  • Taxicabs may load passengers at the front door of the General Aviation Terminal and may stage there only if a trip has been pre-arranged.

  • General Aviation Terminal, Offices and Hangars and Building Support Space.

  • This office, or the business office, must contain functioning radio equipment which will permit two-way radio communication between the General Aviation Terminal and arriving or departing aircraft.

  • Arrivals/Departures Building: For the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises of the General Aviation Terminal – Arrivals/Departures Building and privileges herein granted, the Lessee agrees to pay a monthly rental amount to the City commencing on December 1, 2017, of two thousand two hundred ninety-three dollars and fifty cents ($2,293.50) due and payable on the first of the month.

  • The demised premises named Aviation Ramp Side Area and South General Use Area of the General Aviation Terminal Building at the Joplin Regional Airport as shown in exhibit ‘A’.
