Gender non-conforming means persons whose behavior or appearance does not conform to prevailing cultural and social expectations about what is appropriate to their gender.
Gender non-conforming means a person whose gender identity cannot be categorized as solely male or female. This is not a synonym for transgender. The definition may also describe a person who identifies as gender non-binary or genderqueer.

Gender non-conforming means a person whose gender expression does not conform to traditional gender expectations. Inmate Personal Property means items owned by an inmate that have been approved for inmate retention while incarcerated in a correctional facility.
