  • A certificate in writing signed by any director or the secretary of Gearhouse, that any instrument or act falls within the authority conferred by this contract shall be conclusive evidence that such is the case so far as any third party is concerned.

  • The Freelancer is an employee and/or worker of the Contractor and not an employee or worker of Gearhouse.

  • Gearhouse reserves the right to withhold payment to the Contractor where, in the opinion of Gearhouse, the Services provided by the Contractor or the Freelancer do not meet the standards required by Gearhouse in terms of quality and/or timing of delivery.

  • The following definitions apply to the entire contract including all Appendices:  "CA" Copyright ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth)  “Contract” – includes this document, appendices and the final approved Call Sheet as accepted by Gearhouse and the Contractor.

  • If you have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and have properly set yourself up in Gearhouse Broadcast’s system as an ABN freelancer, Gearhouse Broadcast will issue you with a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) each time a payment is made to you.
