GE Agreement definition

GE Agreement means that certain Agreement between State Street Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee, and GE Packaged Power, Inc. for six LM6000 Turbine Generator Sets, dated October 18, 2001, as amended on April 16, 2002 in respect of storage of the Units, and on October 22, 2002 to extend the warranties set forth therein.

GE Agreement means that certain Agreement dated October 18, 2001, by and between GE Packaged Power, Inc., as seller, and State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee under that certain trust established under the laws of the State of Connecticut pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated December 5, 2000, between State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, and Newcourt Capital U.S.A., Inc., as buyer, relating to the Property.
GE Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Private Label Consumer Credit Card Program Agreement dated September 6, 2006, as amended and in effect on the Closing Date, by and between GE Money Bank and the Lead Borrower relating to the private label credit card program entered into between GE Money Bank and the Lead Borrower.
