GDC Systems definition
GDC Systems means GDC Federal Systems, Inc., formerly known as General DataComm Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Related to GDC Systems
Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.
Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Deliverability Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Transmission/Distribution Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system is not part of the CAISO Grid.
Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.
Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.
Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.
