GDB Resolution definition

GDB Resolution means Resolution CE-2012-37 adopted on April 13, 2012 by the Executive Committee of Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, authorizing a revolving credit facility for the Borrower for a maximum amount up to $500,000,000 from Scotiabank de Puerto Rico.
GDB Resolution means Resolution No. 10,689 adopted by the Government Development Bank on May 26, 2015, authorizing this Agreement and the Advances.
GDB Resolution set forth in Section 1.01 of the Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety as follows:

GDB Resolution means, collectively, Resolution EC-2012-63, adopted on July 9, 2012 by the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, authorizing this Agreement, the Facility and the Advances and providing, among other things, that obligations of the Borrower with respect to the Facility constitute Current Expenses under the Trust Agreement; and Resolution 10028, adopted on May 2, 2013 by the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico approving the First Amendment.
GDB Resolution means Resolution No. adopted by the Board of Directors of GDB on March approving the issuance of the Note, as said resolution may be supplemented or amended from time to time.

  • Series Resolution or “this Resolution” means this Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the Series 2020 Bonds in one or more series or sub-series, and including the applicable Certificate of Award for any such series.

  • Bond Resolution means the resolution to be adopted by the Governing Body prescribing the terms and details of the Bonds and making covenants with respect thereto.

  • Extraordinary Resolution has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(1);

  • resolution plan means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II;
