  • All news releases, publicity or advertising by Borrower or its Affiliates through any media intended to reach the general public, which refers to the Loan Documents, the Loan, Lender or any member of the GCM Group, a Loan purchaser, the Servicer or the trustee in a Secondary Market Transaction, shall be subject to the prior written approval of Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Both during and after Employee’s employment, Employee shall cooperate with Employer and the GCM Group, as reasonably requested by Employer in connection with Employer’s or the GCM Group’s business, including but not limited to, any litigation, arbitration, or other dispute in which Employer or the GCM Group has or may have an interest.
