All documentation whether it be hard copy, electronic, on memory sticks or computer discs you receive or make whilst in employment are the property of Global Consolidated Aesthetics Ltd (GCAL) and its subsidiary companies and must be returned upon termination.

Section 6.22 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the phrase “each of Holdings,” set forth after the phrase “Except as set forth on Schedule 6.22,” with the phrase “each of GCAL, GC Parent,”.
