GAWA definition

GAWA means the amount which may be withdrawn from the Annuity Account Value each Participation Year, calculated as provided in this Contract and guaranteed during the lifetime of the Participant (and the lifetime of a surviving spouse, if Joint Life payments are elected).
GAWA means GAWA 1 and GAWA 2 collectively.
GAWA means a sub-fund of Global Impact Funds S.C.A. SICAR, a societeencommandite per actions (S.C.A.), incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg and qualifying as a soceited investissementen capital a risqué (SICAR) under the Luxembourg law of June 15, 2004 as amended relating to the investment company in risk capital, and whose registered office is at 20, rue de la Poste, L-2346, Luxembourg, which expression shall unless repugnant to its context be deemed to mean and include its Affiliates, permitted assigns and successors in interest.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, I acknowledge and agree that no warranty is given that the OMG Information is error-free or accurate.

  • The Ratchet Increase will be added to the GAWA to determine the new GAWA.

  • If only a portion of the withdrawal exceeds the GAWA, only that portion (not the full withdrawal amount) is an Excess Withdrawal.

  • If you have more than one Prior Contract and make more than one direct rollover Contribution, we will combine the amounts of the GAWA under each Prior Contract to determine the GAWA for this Contract.
