GATT Interest Rate definition

GATT Interest Rate means, for purposes of this Plan, for any specific month, the "applicable interest rate" as specified by the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service in Section 417(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") (as such applicable interest rate is modified from time to time in revenue rulings, notices or other guidance, published in the Internal Revenue Service Bulletin), decreased by the percentage applicable to such month as set forth on Schedule I attached hereto.
GATT Interest Rate means, for purposes of this Plan, for any specific month, the annual interest rate on 30-year Treasury securities as specified by the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service in revenue rulings, notices or other guidance, published in the Internal Revenue Service Bulletin, decreased by the percentage applicable to such month as set forth on Schedule I attached hereto.
GATT Interest Rate means the annual rate of interest on 30-year Treasury securities in effect as of the first day of the Plan Year for which an Actuarial Equivalent or Value is determined, as published by the Secretary of the Treasury for purposes of determining present values pursuant to Section 417(e)(3)(A) of the Code, based on a look- back month of the second calendar month preceding the Plan Year for which the Actuarial Equivalent or Value is determined.

Examples of GATT Interest Rate in a sentence

  • For purposes, of this Plan, the Plan GATT Interest Rate for a Plan Year means the annual rate of interest in effect under Code Section 417(e)(3) for the second month immediately preceding the first day of the Plan Year (e.g., November 2004 for the 2005 Plan Year).

  • Initially, and until changed by the Company, Participant Accounts established under this Plan shall be credited with interest at the Plan GATT Interest Rate in effect for each Plan Year.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Reserve Interest Rate With respect to any Interest Determination Date, the rate per annum that the Trustee determines to be either (i) the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%) of the one-month U.S. dollar lending rates which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on the relevant Interest Determination Date to the principal London offices of leading banks in the London interbank market or (ii) in the event that the Trustee can determine no such arithmetic mean, the lowest one-month U.S. dollar lending rate which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on such Interest Determination Date to leading European banks.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its "prime rate." If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate shall be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid. "Contract Price" means the applicable price, expressed in $/MWh for Net Output and Capacity Rights stated in Section 5.1.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Capped Interest Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Settlement Interest Rate means, for the first calendar quarter or portion thereof during which interest accrues, the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on twenty-six (26)-week United States Treasury Bills in effect as of Bank Closing as published in The Wall Street Journal; provided, that if no such equivalent coupon issue yield is available as of Bank Closing, the equivalent coupon issue yield for such Treasury Bills most recently published in The Wall Street Journal prior to Bank Closing shall be used. Thereafter, the rate shall be adjusted to the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on such Treasury Bills in effect as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter during which interest accrues as published in The Wall Street Journal.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.

  • Minimum Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased.

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means, for any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum determined by Administrative Agent to be equal to the quotient of (1) the LIBOR Base Rate for such LIBOR Loan for the Interest Period therefor divided by (2) one minus the LIBOR Reserve Requirement for such LIBOR Loan for such Interest Period.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Effective Interest Rate means the rate of interest per annum on the Loans in effect from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1(a), (b) and (c).

  • Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Mortgage Interest Rate For any Mortgage Loan, the per annum rate at which interest accrues on such Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
