Gateway Fees definition

Gateway Fees means (where applicable) the fees payable by the Merchant to DNAP for the provision of the Gateway Services, as set out in the Merchant Application Form (or as may be increased from time to time pursuant to clause 24 of Schedule 2); Gateway Services means technical services which support the processing of Authorisations and capturing requests and the transmission of Data between the Merchant and the Cardholder and/or between the Merchant and an Acquirer to enable a Transaction over the internet; Gateway Set-Up Fee means the fee charged to configure Gateway Services, as set out In the Merchant Application Form;

  • In addition to the Discount, we may charge Participating State Entities Gateway Fees for processing.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Genfare reserves the right to modify the Gateway Fees and/or Processing Fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Customer to pass through price increases from Third Party Providers, payment networks and other third party service providers.

  • After the close of each month, Contractor shall invoice each Authorized User monthly for the following applicable deductions, rejections and withholdings from the previous month: (i) the aggregate Discount; (ii) any amounts owed by an Authorized User to Contractor for Gateway Fees; and (iii) any Credits the Authorized User submits.

Related to Gateway Fees

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.
