GATE Student Loan Program definition

GATE Student Loan Program means the loan program FMC and Program Lender have established to assist students in financing the cost of education at various institutions of higher education, which is operated by FMC and Bank of America under the Student Umbrella Agreement.
GATE Student Loan Program means the FMC-sponsored program providing loans for graduate and undergraduate students who (a) may or may not have a credit history but do not have significant negative credit history, (b) are enrolled at schools that (i) agree to participate in the program, (ii) award the loans to specified students, and (iii) in most cases, provide direct or indirect credit support for the loans, as such program may be revised or modified from time to time.

  • Nothing in this Paragraph 6(a) governs any activity with respect to the GATE Student Loan Program or alters any exclusivity arrangement in the Student Umbrella Agreement.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the foregoing provisions and the terms of the GATE Universal Loan Program Umbrella Agreement and/or the GATE Student Loan Program Umbrella Agreement, the terms of the GATE Universal Loan Program Umbrella Agreement and/or the GATE Student Loan Program Umbrella Agreement shall control.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • student loan means a loan towards a student’s maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student’s bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.
