Gate Position definition

Gate Position means passenger gate(s), including Aircraft Apron, holdroom, aircraft loading bridge (if any), and appurtenant furnishings in and about the Terminal that are reasonably necessary for the use thereof.
Gate Position means passenger gate(s) in the Terminal Area and Ramp Area, including a holdroom and loading bridge (if any), and all fixtures, furnishings and equipment located thereon, or appurtenant thereto that are reasonably necessary for flight operations.
Gate Position means Airline’s preferential use passenger gate(s) including Airline’s preferential Aircraft Parking Apron and the Preferential Use holdroom, passenger loading bridge, and appurtenant furnishings in and about the Airport Terminal Building that are reasonably necessary for the use thereof as shown in Exhibit E.

  • Therefore, the Port, in its sole discretion, may replace any aircraft loading bridge, aircraft support equipment at a Gate Position or conveyor.

  • The overnight parking of Airline’s aircraft at its Airline’s Ramp Premises shall not be deemed Active Loading and Active Unloading or occupation of the Gate Position by Airline.

  • If ▇▇▇▇ determines that there is a reasonable need for the preferential use of such Gate Position(s) by another Signatory Airline(s), ▇▇▇▇ will evaluate Airline’s utilization of the terminal in terms of average number of daily departures per Gate Position for the immediately preceding six (6) full calendar months.

  • Using the actual daily activity for the three full calendar months immediately prior to notice, or, in the alternative, the scheduled activity for the three full calendar months subsequent to the notice, City shall calculate the average airline aircraft departures per Gate Position per day utilizing the weighted formula set forth herein (Departures/Gate Position) for each Signatory Passenger Airline.
