Garage Parking Spaces. Tenant's Parking Spaces.
Garage Parking Spaces. Tenant's Parking Spaces and the Valet Parking Spaces. Garage: The underground parking structure to be constructed and/or owned by Landlord or an Affiliate of Landlord south of Xxxxxxx Street, as shown on Exhibit A hereto.
Garage Parking Spaces has the meaning given such term in Section 47 of this Lease.

Examples of Garage Parking Spaces in a sentence

  • Except in connection with an approved assignment of the Lease or an approved subletting of all or a portion of the Premises in accordance with the terms hereof, Tenant shall not assign or sublease any of the Garage Parking Spaces.

  • Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease with respect to any Garage Parking Spaces that Tenant sublets or assigns in violation of the foregoing sentence.

  • The Garage Parking Spaces and the Surface Parking Spaces are collectively referred to herein as the “Parking Spaces”.

  • Substantial part for purposes of this Section 6.2 shall mean thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) or more of the Premises or thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) or more of the Garage Parking Spaces, as applicable.

  • Except for emergency repairs using authorized repair services, no person using the Garage Parking Spaces shall perform any work on any automobiles while located in the Garage.

  • Throughout the initial Term of this Lease, Tenant shall lease six (6) parking spaces in the Building garage (including one (1) tandem space) (the “ Garage Parking Spaces ”), at a cost currently of $275.00 per month per space, and five (5) spaces at the surface parking lot located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (the “ Off-Site Parking Spaces ”), at a cost currently of $150.00 per month per space.

  • The use of such Surface Parking Spaces and the Garage Parking Spaces shall be at no cost to Tenant, except that Operating Costs and Taxes relating to the Property Parking Area shall be included in Operating Costs and Taxes, respectively.

Related to Garage Parking Spaces

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
