Gaming Terminal definition

Gaming Terminal means a computer, video device or machine that is used, or could be used, to play a lottery scheme as defined in the Criminal Code (Canada) where, on insertion of money or a token or on payment of any consideration a person may receive or be entitled to receive money, either directly from the computer, video device or machine or in another manner.   • Play: Each individual push of the Video Gaming Terminal which initiates the simulation provided by the Video Gaming Terminal.

  • The City reserves the right to issue licenses that do not decide about applicant eligibility for a Video Gaming Terminal license, and to rely upon the determination of the Illinois Gaming Board as to said eligibility.

  • The rate of the tax shall be equal to $0.01 (one cent) per Play on a Video Gaming Terminal.
