• Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate the Knicks reasonable requests with respect to the provision of all Game Day Services.

• The amount payable by the Knicks to Licensor for Game Day Services and VIP Club Services shall be determined on a monthly basis in accordance with Section 9.06.

• Licensor shall be responsible for retaining, managing and supervising all personnel in Licensor’s provision of the General Services, Game Day Services, VIP Club Services and Suite 200.

• The amount payable by the Rangers to Licensor for Game Day Services and VIP Club Services shall be determined on a monthly basis in accordance with Section 9.06.

• Provide in the letter a list of the match funds that identifies the: o Amount of each cash match fund, its source, including a contact name, address and telephone number and the task(s) to which the match funds will be applied.
