Game Day definition

Game Day means the Event date printed on the Sales Receipt and encompasses any Event commencing on that date within a consecutive time span commencing 0800 hours (8:00 a.m.) to 0300 hours (3:00 a.m.) the following day;

  • To continue the feel of a Game Day environment, spirited crowd-leading interaction between each section is encouraged.

  • The use of live band and/or drum line to supplement the Game Day environment is not permitted.

  • It is the responsibility of the home or host team’s Game Day Management to conduct a risk assessment for their game day facility.

Related to Game Day

  • Same Day Funds means (a) with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.
