Game currency virtual in-game currency that has no monetary value or monetary valuation, although it has a price at the time of acquisition.

Within, five (5) Business Days after receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrowers shall repay all Loans in such currency to which the Disqualifying Event applies or convert such Loans into the Dollar Equivalent of Loans in Dollars, subject to the other terms contained herein.
