FY 14 Revenue definition

FY 14 Revenue means “revenue” as shown in the Company’s Consolidated Statements of Income for the year ended May 31, 2014, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the Company’s Form 10-K for 2014, except that for the purpose of this Certificate, FY 14 Revenue will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole million dollar level and shall exclude the impact of foreign exchange.
