FWP definition

FWP means First West Properties Ltd., an Alberta corporation formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mosaic which was voluntarily dissolved effective December 31, 2012;
FWP means the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks;
FWP. The year one monitoring report from Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) on behalf of Coastal Louisiana Resource, LLC, completed in 2013, indicated that greater than 50% of the young trees were mast or edible seed producers and hard mast producers constituted more than 20% of the total trees. We assume that the planted trees become forest at TY10 and are then formally classified as Class 5. V2 – Maturity FWOP: No forest existing and none assumed to develop because of on-going agriculture and /or pasture operation; a “0” Age is entered into WVA. FWP: Assume trees are same age as target years. V3 – Understory/Midstory % FWOP: Land was pasture. No understory or midstory at TY0 and none assumed to develop. Zeroes entered in WVA. FWP: We used the HSDRSS assumptions here. Assume that the grasses and other volunteer vegetation quickly grow resulting in maximum understory cover by TY1. As midstory coverage increases, understory is shaded and is reduced. The midstory continues to increase until trees dominate and shade the understory and midstory. We assume the aging forest will lose some mature trees and allow temporary, patchy regrowth of the understory (using HSDRSS standard assumptions). V4 – Hydrology The MBI indicates that the underlying soil in the bank area is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and is a hydric soil type. FWOP: Area is currently ditched and efficiently drained; no wetland hydrology, none assumed to develop. No Flow/exchange, permanently dewatered. FWP: According to the banking instrument, existing ditches and other alterations would be removed or rendered ineffective, allowing the area to flood naturally according to weather conditions with sheet flow of accumulated precipitation across the area. The subsequent monitoring reports from confirm that those actions have been performed. V5 – Contiguous Forest Size FWOP: Class 5 (>500 acres): There are approximately 715 acres of contiguous forest; no forest in mitigation banking area at TY0. FWP: Including the acreage of forested land to be reestablished in the bank area, the amount of forest would only increase and thus when the planted mitigation bank reaches TY10, its 184.3 acres of forest and the surrounding forest combined would still be a Class 5. V6 - Surrounding Land FWOP & FWP Pasture 232 18 Forest 905 70 Developed 155 12 Total Buffer 1292 100 V7 – Disturbance FWOP & FWP Distance= Class 1. (0 to 50 ft) Type= Class 4. Bank is mostly bordered by forest; 15% of bank is bordered by lightly used road and maintai...
