An Employee and/or the Employee’s representative who is appointed by the relevant Employee, shall have full access to all information supplied by the Employer to Co-INVEST about the Employee for compliance purposes and the Employer shall authorise Co-INVEST to release this information to the Employee, and/or the Employee’s representative in compliance with the FWA.
No agency employee, agent, or Recipient shall direct, participate in, approve, or tolerate any violation of federal or State laws regarding FWA in government programs.
