Future Financial Years definition

Future Financial Years means the Next Financial Year and all Subsequent Financial Years referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 2;
Future Financial Years means the financial years following the financial year in respect of which a summary financial statement has been sent out in accordance with section 203A of the Act and these Regulations.

Related to Future Financial Years

  • old financial year means the financial year of an issuer that immediately precedes a transition year;

  • Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Fiscal Year End means December 31 of each calendar year.

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Most Recent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Second Reset Date means the date specified as such in the Final Terms;
