Future Advance Request to the Lender, in the form attached as Exhibit P to this Agreement. Each Future Advance Request shall be accompanied by (a) a designation of the amount of the Future Advance requested, and (b) a designation of the maturity date of the Advance. Each Future Advance Request shall be in the minimum amount of $3,000,000. If all conditions contained in Section 5.03 are satisfied, the Lender shall make the requested Future Advance, at a closing to be held at offices designated by the Lender on a Closing Date selected by the Lender, and occurring on a date selected by the Borrower, which date shall be not more than three (3) Business Days, after the Borrower’s receipt of the Rate Confirmation Form (or on such other date to which the Borrower and the Lender may agree). The Lender reserves the right to require that the Borrower post a deposit at the time the MBS Commitment is obtained as an additional condition to the Lender’s obligation to make the Future Advance. The deposit referred to in the preceding sentence shall be refundable to the Borrower upon the delivery of the related MBS.

Examples of Future Advance Request in a sentence

Related to Future Advance Request

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Future Advance means an Advance made after the Initial Closing Date.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • Initial Advance means the first Advance made pursuant to Article II.

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • Periodic Advance The aggregate of the advances required to be made by a Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to its Servicing Agreement or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee hereunder, the amount of any such advances being equal to the total of all Monthly Payments (adjusted, in each case (i) in respect of interest, to the applicable Mortgage Interest Rate less the applicable Servicing Fee in the case of Periodic Advances made by a Servicer and to the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate in the case of Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or Trustee and (ii) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reductions or reductions in the amount of interest collectable from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or similar legislation or regulations then in effect) on the Mortgage Loans, that (x) were delinquent as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, (y) were not the subject of a previous Periodic Advance by such Servicer or of a Periodic Advance by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be and (z) have not been determined by the Master Servicer, such Servicer or Trustee to be Nonrecoverable Advances.

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Borrowing Certificate means a Borrowing Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
