Funds in Trust definition

Funds in Trust means “funds in trust” as such term is used in the financial statements of the Target with respect to the funds held pursuant to that certain Collateral Trust Agreement by and among the Target (as successor to NATLSCO, Inc.), Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, American Manual Insurance Company and LaSalle Bank National Association dated as of July 22, 2003.
