FundPreferred shares means the preferred shares, par value $.01 per share, of the Fund designated as its "FundPreferred shares" and bearing such further designation as to series as the Board of Trustees of the Fund or any committee thereof shall specify; as set forth in the Request and Acceptance Letter.

  • Preferred Shares means shares of Series A Junior Participating Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company having the rights and preferences set forth in the Form of Certificate of Designations attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
