Funding Member definition
Funding Member has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Funding Member has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(a).
Funding Member means a Member that provides financing for (i) Pull-Ins pursuant to and in accordance with Section 4.3.2(c), or (ii) Financing Shortfalls pursuant to and in accordance with Section 4.3.2(d), as applicable.

If the Funding Member does not elect to provide additional capital to the Company pursuant to clause (i) or (ii) of the foregoing sentence, the Company may pursue third-party indebtedness in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.7 below.

Funding Member is defined in Section 5.1.3.
Funding Member means, with respect to any Additional Capital Contribution Notice, any Common Member that funds, in full, the amount requested or required to be funded by such Common Member pursuant to such Additional Capital Contribution Notice on or prior to the applicable Additional Capital Contribution Date.
