Funding LP definition

Funding LP means WTH Funding Limited Partnership, a limited partnership formed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and its successors.
Funding LP means P&T Funding Limited Partnership, a limited partnership formed under the Partnership Act (British Columbia).
Funding LP is defined in the first paragraph of this Indenture, and includes its successors and assigns.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.

  • Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.
