Funding Letter definition

Funding Letter means a letter specifying the funding to be provided by the Sellers or their Affiliates with respect to the Territory for the remainder of the calendar year in which the Closing occurs and the following calendar year.
Funding Letter means the funding letter from MOHLTC to Hospital dated March 12 2007 as supplemented by a letter dated March 19, 2007 evidencing the commitment of MOHLTC to fund a portion of Hospital’s financial obligations under this Project Agreement and the other Implementing Agreements as amended, supplemented, restated or replaced, from time to time, in accordance with this Project Agreement.
Funding Letter means the letter dated as of June 21, 2010 addressed to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.
