Funding Documents: This Agreement and all other documents now or hereafter executed by the Corporation or any other Person to evidence, secure or guarantee the performance and discharge of the Obligations.
In the event that the County declares an Event of Default, the County will have the remedies listed in this Section in addition to all other remedies set forth in other sections of this Funding Agreement or the Funding Documents.
The Agency’s use of the Worthy Cause Funds will strictly comply with the terms of this Funding Agreement and the Funding Documents.
In addition to any of the Events of Default, and any breach of this Funding Agreement or the Funding Documents, the failure of either Party to perform any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, or in a timely or satisfactory manner, constitutes a breach.
