Funders' Direct Agreement definition

Funders' Direct Agreement means, where applicable, the agreement to be entered into between the Funders and each Project Service Provider substantially in the form set out in the Template Project Agreement at Section 1 (Design, Build, Finance and Maintain) of Schedule 7 (Template Project Agreements);
