Funded Receivables definition

Funded Receivables means all of the Receivables funded by PARCO under this Agreement.
Funded Receivables means Receivables funded and pledged hereunder.
Funded Receivables means those accounts, accounts receivable and/or claims now existing or hereafter arising with dates of service between the year 2007 and December 31, 2012, which have already been generated by TMP through treatment to WC patients in accordance with California law, and are listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. TMP has represented that the underlying claim(s) that relate to these accounts receivable have not been previously paid by any insurance carrier or The State Fund and that the available claims benefits under any relevant policy have not been exhausted, and/or have not been closed. An associated assignment of benefits has been provided to TMP for each such receivable.”

Examples of Funded Receivables in a sentence

  • Thereafter, within 120 days following the end of each six month period following December 31, 2000, the Issuer shall cause the Independent Accountants to perform a re-underwriting of all Funded Receivables acquired during such most recently ended six month period; provided that no such -------- re-underwriting shall be required following any termination of the Accumulation Period.

  • Premium and Self Funded Receivables: Premium and self funded receivables include the uncollected amounts for insured and self funded groups, less an allowance for doubtful accounts of $35.1 and $38.7 as of December 31, 2000 and 1999, respectively.

  • At the hearing of the proceedings the claimants were represented by Ms Reed QC and Dr McNall, and Phillip Rees was represented by Ms Cattermole.

  • The Lender hereby appoints the Servicer from time to time designated pursuant to Section 6.01 as agent to enforce its rights in the Funded Receivables, the Related Security and the Collections, with respect thereto.

  • The Originator will keep its principal place of business and chief executive office and the office where it keeps its records concerning the Funded Receivables at the respective addresses set forth on Exhibit B hereof or, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Lender, at any other locations in jurisdictions where all actions required by Section 5.01(i) shall have been taken and completed.

  • Such license shall be without royalty or payment of any kind, is coupled with an interest, and shall be irrevocable until all of the Funded Receivables are either collected in full or become Defaulted Receivables.


More Definitions of Funded Receivables

Funded Receivables means those Receivables which have already been generated by Medical Provider through treatment to Qualifying Patients, and are being funded by CMFG, as listed on Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto and incorporated herein, or as may be so listed and identified hereafter in any exhibit supplementing or amending Exhibit “A-1,” which shall be designated as “Exhibit 'A-2,'” “Exhibit 'A-3',” “Exhibit 'A-4',” etc., and incorporated in its stead into the within Agreement, which shall be deemed to be amended or supplemented accordingly.
Funded Receivables means those receivables and/or claims with dates of service between the year 2007 and December 31, 2012, which have already been generated by TMP through treatment to WC patients in accordance with California law, are being funded by CMFG, are listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, and where the future proceeds related to such receivables have been and/or shall be assigned hereunder to CMFG. TMP has ensured that the underlying claim(s) that relate to these receivables have not been previously paid by any insurance carrier or The State Fund and that the available claims benefits under any relevant policy have not been exhausted, and/or have not been closed. An associated assignment of benefits has been provided to TMP for each such receivable, and shall be re-assigned to CMFG by TMP.

Related to Funded Receivables

  • Excluded Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all accounts receivable referred to in Item 1 of Schedule 7.01.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.

  • Liquidated Receivable means any Receivable liquidated by the Servicer through the sale or other disposition of the related Financed Equipment or that the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon the Financed Equipment, determined to charge off without realizing upon the Financed Equipment.

  • Defaulted Receivables means any Receivable (a) on which any installment is unpaid more than sixty (60) days past its original due date or (b) where the Servicer’s records show that the Obligor has suffered an Insolvency Event.

  • Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:

  • Scheduled Receivables Payment means, with respect to any Collection Period for any Receivable, the amount set forth in such Receivable as required to be paid by the Obligor in such Collection Period. If after the Closing Date, the Obligor’s obligation under a Receivable with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Receivable as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Receivable permitted by Section 4.2(b), the Scheduled Receivables Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor’s payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Eligible Receivables means and include with respect to each Borrower, each Receivable of such Borrower arising in the Ordinary Course of Business and which Agent, in its sole credit judgment, shall deem to be an Eligible Receivable, based on such considerations as Agent may from time to time deem appropriate. A Receivable shall not be deemed eligible unless such Receivable is subject to Agent’s first priority perfected security interest and no other Lien (other than Permitted Encumbrances), and is evidenced by an invoice or other documentary evidence satisfactory to Agent. In addition, no Receivable shall be an Eligible Receivable if:

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables on any day, the amount of Principal Receivables shall be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Accounts on such day.

  • Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.

  • Eligible Accounts Receivable means only such accounts receivable of the Borrower as the Bank, in its sole discretion, shall deem eligible. Without limiting the discretion of the Bank to consider any account receivable not to be an Eligible Account Receivable, and by way of example only of the types of accounts receivable that the Bank will consider not to be Eligible Accounts Receivable, notwithstanding any earlier classification of eligibility, the following accounts receivable shall not be considered Eligible Accounts Receivable: (i) any account receivable which is not paid in full within 90 days after it is created; (ii) any account receivable as to which any warranty is breached; (iii) any account receivable as to which the account debtor or other obligor disputes liability or makes any claim; (iv) any account receivable owed by any officer, director or shareholder of the Borrower or any of their relatives or any partnership, corporation, association, joint venture or other business entity wholly or partly owned or controlled directly or indirectly by the Borrower or any of them or any of their relatives; (v) any account receivable owed by any person as to whom a petition in bankruptcy or other application for relief is filed under any bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, moratorium, insolvency or s law; (vi) any account receivable owed by any person who makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, becomes insolvent, fails, suspends business, or goes out of business; (vii) any account receivable owed by the United States government or any agency of the United States government; (viii) any account receivable owed by any person if 10% or more in amount of the accounts receivable owed by such person to the Borrower are considered ineligible; (ix) consignment receivables; (x) bonded receivables; (xi) any account receivable constituting a retainage; (xii) any account receivable for goods which have not been shipped or work which has not been fully performed; (xiii) any account receivable owed by any person outside the United States of America, except account debtors approved in writing by the Bank (approved foreign account debtors are described on Exhibit B) ; (xiv) any account receivable owed by any person with whose creditworthiness the Bank becomes dissatisfied; and (xv) any account receivable in which the Bank does not have a perfected security interest constituting a first hen. In the event the Borrower owes any amount to any person that owes an account receivable to the Borrower, such amount owed by the Borrower shall be deducted from that portion of the account receivable which would otherwise qualify as an Eligible Account Receivable and only the difference thereof shall be considered an Eligible Account Receivable. No account receivable which does not qualify as an Eligible Account Receivable shall be considered an Eligible Account Receivable unless the Bank, upon the written request of the Borrower, states in writing that such account receivable is to be considered an Eligible Account Receivable.

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time of determination, all of the then outstanding Receivables transferred (or purported to be transferred) to the Borrower pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to the Termination Date.

  • Subject Receivables means, for any Asset Representations Review, all Receivables outstanding and held by the Issuer that are more than 60 days delinquent as of the first day on which the Review Conditions are satisfied.

  • Diluted Receivable means a Pool Receivable the entire or partial Unpaid Balance of which is reduced or cancelled due to Dilution.

  • Eligible Account Receivable means an Account Receivable owing to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary which meets the following requirements:

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to satisfy such criteria at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Loan Party from a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor, and in each case is originated in the ordinary course of business of such Loan Party, and (ii) in each case is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base, pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (g) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Loan Party as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Loan Party may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Except as otherwise agreed by the Agent, any Credit Card Receivable included within any of the following categories shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:

  • Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.

  • Precomputed Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to earned interest (which may be referred to in the related contract as an add-on finance charge) and the portion allocable to the Amount Financed is determined according to the sum of periodic balances, the sum of monthly balances, the rule of 78's or any equivalent method.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.
