Fund Shareholders definition

Fund Shareholders means each of the holders of record of the share capital of the Fund.
Fund Shareholders means any and all persons and entities who hold of record, or beneficially own, shares of the Fund as of the close of business on the date that the Stipulation is filed with the Court.
