Fund Meeting means the special meeting of Fund Securityholders to be called to, among other things, consider and, if determined advisable, approve the Arrangement Resolution in accordance with the Interim Order, and any adjournments thereof;

  • meeting of shareholders means an annual meeting of shareholders or a special meeting of shareholders;
