Fund Investment Account definition

Fund Investment Account means the book-keeping entry account maintained by the Partnerships for each Participant that reflects such Participant’s Award and adjustments thereto (including gains, losses and expenses).

  • Further to 4.9.7 above, PFAs shall consolidate the balances in the various RSA Fund Investment Transit Accounts with their respective RSA Fund Investment Accounts and shall disclose the derived balances in their RSA Fund Valuation Reports as part of the RSA Fund Investment Account balances.

  • Transfer the profit/loss on sale of investments reflected in the balance of Debenture Redemption Fund Investment Account to Debenture Redemption Fund Account.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Direct Account : means any Account which is not an ISA Account.

  • Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
