Fund Entities Pre-Closing Transactions means the transactions set forth in Exhibit D-2.

  • Pre-Closing Tax Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Formation Transactions means the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Formation Transaction Documentation.

  • Public-finance transaction means a secured transaction in connection with which:
