Fund Based Outstanding Debt definition

Fund Based Outstanding Debt means the outstanding obligations of the Company in relation to all fund-based facilities availed by the Company, as on March 31, 2021 from the Lenders, including but not limited to any term loan, fund based working capital loan, and/or derivative facility and also including any interest, default interest, penalties or any other additional amounts accrued, due and payable by the Company under such Fund Based Outstanding Debt.
Fund Based Outstanding Debt means the outstanding obligations of the Company in relation to all fund based facilities availed of by the Company, as on March 31, 2021 from the Lenders, including but not limited to any term loan, fund based working capital loan, and/or derivative facility or any interest, default interest, penalties or any other additional amounts accrued, due and payable by the Company, details of which are more specifically set out in Paragraph 3.1 below and Annexure VI.
