Fund Administration Fees. Annual Fees: .0008 On First $100 Million of Average Net Assets .0005 On The Next $500 Million of Average Net Assets .0003 Over $600 Million of Average Net assets Annual Minimum Fee of $50,000 For Initial series Issued by the trust And $12,000 for each additional separate series. There is also an additional fee of $12,000 for each additional class per portfolio.
