Functional Test definition

Functional Test means the test to determine the functionality of the Project, equipment, and components incorporated therein.
Functional Test means testing selected functions of an individual device (such as an IC or SOC, whether in chip, wafer or packaged form, or an SIP) against manufacturing acceptance criteria in order to determine if the individual device has passed, such as for the purpose of discarding failed devices and moving passed devices to the next step of a manufacturing process.
Functional Test means a test or tests performed by the Contractor or Manufacturer’s Representative in the presence of the Contract Administrator and the City to demonstrate that installed equipment meets the Manufacturer’s installation, calibration, and adjustment requirements and other requirements as specified.
