Functional Information definition

Functional Information means any technical data, analytical data, functional data and/or metadata, related to, or resulting from (the processing of) the Customer Data and/or the usage made thereof. Functional Information shall not include any personal information or Customer Data itself.
Functional Information means the information described in clause 7.4. “Hardware” means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Scope which is part of Customer’s Subscription and which is required to enable the Services.
Functional Information has the meaning set out in Section 9.3.

Examples of Functional Information in a sentence

  • The parties agree to use the “Request for Functional Information of Presenting illness/injury” form as contained in Appendix “A” to this Agreement and such information shall be kept confidential.

  • Any Functional Information is and shall remain the property of Showpad, and Showpad retains any and all rights, title and interest (including Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Functional Information, including all copies, modifications, extensions and derivative works thereof.

  • All knowhow, inventions and works derived by Barco from the Functional Information will be exclusively owned by Barco.

  • Barco may process and use such Functional Information for analytics purposes, for developing and improving products and services, offering products and services to Customer’s organization, all based on the legitimate interest of Barco of evaluating the market, assessing and improving its products and conducting research and development.

  • Barco retains all right, title and interest to use the Functional Information and Metadata (including all know how, inventions and works derived therefrom) for any purpose.

  • It defines the stakeholders whose concerns are reflected in the viewpoint and the guidelines, principles, and template models for constructing its views.“ Some typical examples for viewpoints are Functional, Information, Concurrency, Development, Deployment and Operational viewpoints.

Related to Functional Information

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Additional Information As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA
