Functional Enhancement definition

Functional Enhancement means the result from a request from County to add a feature or function (e.g., a report or drop down) that Contractor’s product team agrees would benefit all users of the software and subsequently develops.
Functional Enhancement means a new version of the Program Products, which contains additional functions compared to the functions described in Schedule C to the License Agreement.
