Functional Area Experts (FAEs) definition

Functional Area Experts (FAEs) means an individual professional provided by the Consultant or its Sub- consultant and who is assigned to perform the Services or any part thereof under the Contract and whose CVs are not evaluated individually.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

  • Functional behavioral assessment means an individualized assessment of the student that results in a team hypothesis about the function of a student’s behavior and, as appropriate, recommendations for a behavior intervention plan.

  • Specified anatomical areas means and includes:

  • Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant/Architect : This term shall mean any authorized representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.

  • Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.
