Fully Functioning definition
Fully Functioning or “Fully Functional” means that whenever there is a Licensed Software bug, battery failure, defective part requiring replacement, or other defect materially impairing the ability of the VPD to use the Product for its intended purposes, the Product is deemed not to be Fully Functioning and “Non-Functional” means the opposite of Fully Functional.
Fully Functioning means a component independently capable of encoding or decoding MPEG-4 Video but not an integrated End-User product.
Fully Functioning means all common components of the CEM system are operating within normal operating parameters;
