Fully Burdened Costs definition

Fully Burdened Costs means the sum of:
Fully Burdened Costs means the cost of raw materials (excluding unless otherwise stated the Programme Compound), components, labour (production), quality control (labour, material and external analysis), third party royalties, freight, import duties, taxes and reasonably allocated facilities, depreciation of equipment and manufacturing overheads relating to the production of the specified item.
Fully Burdened Costs means, with respect to any Blueprint Compound or Licensed Product (or component thereof), in each case, supplied by or on behalf of Blueprint or its Affiliates hereunder: (a) the actual costs of such Manufacturing incurred by Blueprint or its Affiliates, including [***], plus (b) any [***].

  • Despite the above, for Shared Core Corporate Services or Shared Customer Services, Fully Burdened Costs may be applied where applicable.

  • For transfer of any Lead Compound in accordance with Section 9.1 or 9.2(c) above, FG shall deliver to Astellas, within ten (10) days of receipt of a firm commitment order from Astellas, an invoice for the estimated Fully Burdened Costs of the Lead Compound to be transferred to Astellas.

  • After the NDA Transfer Date, at Braeburn’s request, Titan shall provide reasonable assistance in conducting any such Recall, including providing all pertinent records that Braeburn may reasonably request to assist in effecting such action, subject to reimbursement of Titan’s Fully Burdened Costs associated with providing such cooperation, and any other documented, direct, out-of-pocket costs incurred (paid or accrued) with respect to such Recall shall be borne by Braeburn.


More Definitions of Fully Burdened Costs

Fully Burdened Costs as used above shall include all [ * ]. In no event shall Fully Burdened Costs [ * ]. Each statement under Section III.B. shall specify the amount of "Fully Burdened Costs" in connection with each sublicensing agreement and shall be certified by an officer of Licensee, and the calculation thereof shall be subject to review by Licensor.
Fully Burdened Costs means 100% of Alkermes’ costs for performing the Services, which shall include Alkermes’ costs of materials, direct labor, warehousing, quality assurance/control, delivery and storage costs, and Allocable Overhead, in each case, to the extent allocable to such activities. The Fully Burdened Cost shall in all cases be applied by Alkermes in accordance with GAAP.
Fully Burdened Costs means, with respect to any activity under this Agreement, the sum of Out-of-Pocket Costs and FTE Costs for such activity.
Fully Burdened Costs means the direct and indirect costs to manufacture a product, which costs are determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Direct costs shall include direct materials and direct labor costs associated with manufacturing the product. Indirect costs mean the party's allocable overhead expenses which are applicable to the direct costs of manufacturing the product.
Fully Burdened Costs means in connection with services to be performed by a party under the terms of this Agreement or the Manufacturing Agreement, all direct and indirect costs incurred by the party or any Affiliate in performing its obligations under this Agreement or the Manufacturing Agreement as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (based in the case of the Manufacturing Agreement on 80 percent utilization of the manufacturing facility). Such costs shall include without limitation:
Fully Burdened Costs means direct costs and expenses, plus FTE costs, provided that failed lots (due to a Party’s negligence), excess overhead and other costs related to idle plant capacity are excluded from this definition.
