Full Voting Rights definition

Full Voting Rights in relation to a Member means that Member has the right to vote at general meetings in relation to all matters that require Member approval, comprising the matters covered by both Limited Voting Rights and Reserved Voting Rights and includes the right to vote to remove board members.
Full Voting Rights means those Affiliated Clubs availing of senior affiliation or junior affiliation only.
Full Voting Rights means the rights, if a member is a financial member, to attend and vote at general meetings of the association.

More Definitions of Full Voting Rights

Full Voting Rights means eligibility to vote for all Society Officers and bylaws changes. The Society shall establish operating policies to ensure that physicians comprise the majority of the Voting Membership of the Society, consistent with the American Medical Association Guideline for Specialty Society Representation in the House of Delegates, which states that physicians should comprise the majority of the voting membership of the organization. Only Fellows, Emeritus Fellows, certain Members and Emeritus Members (as set forth in Section 2 of this Article), and certain Fellows-In-Training (as set forth in Section 3 of this Article) shall have full voting rights.

  • Voting Rights The portion of the voting rights of all of the Certificates which is allocated to any Certificate. As of any date of determination, (a) 1% of all Voting Rights shall be allocated to each Class of Notional Amount Certificates, if any (such Voting Rights to be allocated among the holders of Certificates of each such Class in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests), and (b) the remaining Voting Rights (or 100% of the Voting Rights if there is no Class of Notional Amount Certificates) shall be allocated among Holders of the remaining Classes of Certificates in proportion to the Certificate Balances of their respective Certificates on such date.
